Mercure Nairobi Upper Hill

I did n't want to leave, had a wonderful experience and will be back. An outstanding hotel, I loved, staff was pleasant. The breakfast was traditional and there was variety of fantastic food.

The place is cozy and tidy.

The property was fairly clean and staff was helpful. The room was well-appointed and the location of the hotel was strategic. The service was good, totally satisfied. It was a perfect 10/10 stay.

Facilities were great, nevertheless Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The hotel is magnificent, efficient based in a nice building. We would stay here again, thank you for the such great stay.

Excellent service, very kind staff, fantastic breakfast. The views from my large bedroom were absolutely fabulous. Everything was excellent as expected, but the bathroom was disgusting. Was great to be near the beach.

The place was splendid, we would stay here again. Delicious breakfast and a luxurious room : that's what we appreciated. The best white beach we've seen before now. Absolutely breathtaking view, a lovely balcony, comfy bed, too.

Very dirty bathroom, internet was terrible.

We appreciated it. The room was modern, with a view over garden. A special mention to the front staff. Wilson airport was hardly 10 minutes away by car.

Hotel was placed adjacent to such tourist sites as Kicc. Staff, especially in property, was great!

There was nothing I didnt like.

1000 feet away from the hotel there is larder, which is a good dining choice. godown arts centre was easily accessible, set only 1 mile away. i would love to stay here again and would recommend it.
